BurnerPRO Flame Safeguard (BP110UVF/BP230UVF) Control, with integrated flame safeguard and boiler control operation, provides simplified operation for single point applications.

The system is designed for use in non-permanent operations that requires burner recycle at least once every 24 hours. Seven SMART LEDs provide current operating status and lockout information in the event of a safety shutdown.

Plug-in Amplifier Modules permit the selection of ultraviolet, repetitive self-check ultra-violet, AUTOCHECK infrared, or rectification methods of flame detection. The control system includes a safe start check, effective on each start. If flame signal (real or simulated) is detected, the unit cannot be started

MB Series MB600S Burner Control

The Fireye^® Multi-Burner (MB) Monitoring System controls the start-up sequence and monitors the flame of up to 20 individual gas, oil, or combination gas/oil burners connected to a common valve train

PF Series MBPF-100S Burner Control

The MBPF-100S, MB-600PF, MBPF-200S and MBPF-202S modules provide visual indication and electrical output that signal the user regarding flame presence in a combustion chamber. UV1A Series Scanner

The UV1A series scanner is an ultraviolet miniature non-self-checking scanner suitable for fuel gases and no. 2 oil. Non-replaceable tube.

The UV tube is made of quartz and is filled with a gas that ionizes when struck by UV radiation from the flame. In the absence of UV radiation, the gas acts as an insulator between two electrodes which are mounted inside the tube. These electrodes are energized continuously by a high voltage. During combustion, UV radiation ionizes the gas, causing current pulses to flow between the electrodes. These current pulses result in a flame signal which is transmitted to the amplifier in the control, where it is processed to energize or hold in the flame relay
