AF009

Travel is indicated on the control unit display, with output via USB. The most recent position is displayed upon powering on. An internal scale utilizing Renishaw technology produces significantly higher accuracy than with conventional rotary encoder-based designs.

  • If data output to a PC is required, add 09-1214 and 09-1158 cables, and a Series 7 or 5 gauge or indicator with load cell.

Computer control

The ESM303 may be fully controlled by a PC through a custom- written program in any language supporting ASCII communications. Also responds to the legacy Chatillon TCD command set and legacy Nexygen TCD software (not available from Mark-10).

Fully automatic IRHD a successful first domestic production. O-ring and the hardness of the rubber sheet can be measured.
By using the option of the plunger (the probe), you can measure with the durometer hardness test method A, E, E2, FO, 00 (approximate).
O-ring and hardness of small rubber parts and can be measured fully automatically.
It uses a voice coil motor to load system. Unlike the weight formula, it increased the friction and reproducibility of the internal mechanism.
A simple plug-in type, easy to exchange plunger (the probe). Becasue it's a domestic product, maintenance of correspondence is quick.
The sample stage is wide so that it allows the installation of various measurement jig.

Automatic hardness tester [GX-02 series] can perform the measurement with the operating speed, the measuring weight and the pressing-surface dimensions which are specified in JIS K 6253 “Determination of hardness - Vulcanized rubber and Thermoplastic rubber”.

New product! fully automatic type IRHD, M-method micro-sized international rubber hardness tester

Fully automatic IRHD a successful first domestic production. O-ring and the hardness of the rubber sheet can be measured.
By using the option of the plunger (the probe), you can measure with the durometer hardness test method A, E, E2, FO, 00 (approximate).
O-ring and hardness of small rubber parts and can be measured fully automatically.
It uses a voice coil motor to load system. Unlike the weight formula, it increased the friction and reproducibility of the internal mechanism.
A simple plug-in type, easy to exchange plunger (the probe). Becasue it's a domestic product, maintenance of correspondence is quick.
The sample stage is wide so that it allows the installation of various measurement jig.
It ca issue of calibration documents.

1. Độ cứng IRHD là gì ?

Độ cứng IRHD là tiêu chuẩn độ cứng cao su quốc tế

 Độ cứng của cao su, đo bằng dụng cụ bỏ túi IRHD hoặc thiết bị đo độ cứng Shore.

– Được xác định từ phản hồi tổng thể của cao su đối với tác động ấn lõm.

– Dụng cụ bỏ túi IRHD là dụng cụ đo xách tay có thể di chuyển. Đã được hiệu chuẩn để đo trên thang đo IRHD.

2. Thang đo độ cứng cao su

Máy đo độ cứng cao su tự động Teclock có thể sử dụng với nhiều loại đồng hồ đo độ cứng teclock ( đồng hồ đo độ cứng loại A, đồng hồ đo độ cứng loại D, đồng hồ đo độ cứng loại E...) tùy theo nhu cầu và mục đích sử dụng của khách hàng.

a. Máy đo độ cứng GX-02

Automatic hardness tester [GX-02 series] can perform the measurement with the operating speed, the measuring weight and the pressing-surface dimensions which are specified in JIS K 6253 “Determination of hardness - Vulcanized rubber and Thermoplastic rubber”.

b. Máy đo độ cứng GS-610

 - Độ cứng có thể được đo bằng máy Durometer ( GS 615 Teclock ) với tải và tốc độ quy định theo tiêu chuẩn chỉ bằng công tắc vận hành.
- Có thể điều chỉnh bằng tay
- 1kg có thể được đo bằng máy đo độ cứng loại A và loại E . Máy đo độ cứng loại D cần chọn thêm option ZY-128 để đo 5kg.

New product! fully automatic type IRHD, M-method micro-sized international rubber hardness tester

Fully automatic IRHD a successful first domestic production. O-ring and the hardness of the rubber sheet can be measured.
By using the option of the plunger (the probe), you can measure with the durometer hardness test method A, E, E2, FO, 00 (approximate).
O-ring and hardness of small rubber parts and can be measured fully automatically.
It uses a voice coil motor to load system. Unlike the weight formula, it increased the friction and reproducibility of the internal mechanism.
A simple plug-in type, easy to exchange plunger (the probe). Becasue it's a domestic product, maintenance of correspondence is quick.
The sample stage is wide so that it allows the installation of various measurement jig.
It ca issue of calibration documents.

1. Độ cứng IRHD là gì ?

Độ cứng IRHD là tiêu chuẩn độ cứng cao su quốc tế

 Độ cứng của cao su, đo bằng dụng cụ bỏ túi IRHD hoặc thiết bị đo độ cứng Shore.

– Được xác định từ phản hồi tổng thể của cao su đối với tác động ấn lõm.

– Dụng cụ bỏ túi IRHD là dụng cụ đo xách tay có thể di chuyển. Đã được hiệu chuẩn để đo trên thang đo IRHD.

2. Thang đo độ cứng cao su

Máy đo độ cứng cao su tự động Teclock có thể sử dụng với nhiều loại đồng hồ đo độ cứng teclock ( đồng hồ đo độ cứng loại A, đồng hồ đo độ cứng loại D, đồng hồ đo độ cứng loại E...) tùy theo nhu cầu và mục đích sử dụng của khách hàng.

a. Máy đo độ cứng GX-02

Automatic hardness tester [GX-02 series] can perform the measurement with the operating speed, the measuring weight and the pressing-surface dimensions which are specified in JIS K 6253 “Determination of hardness - Vulcanized rubber and Thermoplastic rubber”.

b. Máy đo độ cứng GS-610

 - Độ cứng có thể được đo bằng máy Durometer ( GS 615 Teclock ) với tải và tốc độ quy định theo tiêu chuẩn chỉ bằng công tắc vận hành.
- Có thể điều chỉnh bằng tay
- 1kg có thể được đo bằng máy đo độ cứng loại A và loại E . Máy đo độ cứng loại D cần chọn thêm option ZY-128 để đo 5kg.

Micro-hardness can be measured by 1/8 scale each durometer of type A, E, E2, OO, FO in addition to IRHD / M method.

 - Hardness of O ring and small rubber parts can be measured with totally automatic.

 - Voice coil motor is adopted for load system. Friction and reproducibility of inner mechanism is improved, which is different from weight system.

 - It is plug-in type that plunger (contact point) can be easily changed and recalibration on test method change is not needed.

 - As test piece table is wide, various measuring jigs can be set up

New product! fully automatic type IRHD, M-method micro-sized international rubber hardness tester

Fully automatic IRHD a successful first domestic production. O-ring and the hardness of the rubber sheet can be measured.
By using the option of the plunger (the probe), you can measure with the durometer hardness test method A, E, E2, FO, 00 (approximate).
O-ring and hardness of small rubber parts and can be measured fully automatically.
It uses a voice coil motor to load system. Unlike the weight formula, it increased the friction and reproducibility of the internal mechanism.
A simple plug-in type, easy to exchange plunger (the probe). Becasue it's a domestic product, maintenance of correspondence is quick.
The sample stage is wide so that it allows the installation of various measurement jig.
It ca issue of calibration documents.
