Đo điểm sương CS Instruments

1. Đo điểm sương là gì ?

Điểm sương hay còn gọi là điểm ngưng sương, nhiệt độ hóa sương (tiếng Anh: dew point) của một khối không khí, ở áp suất khí quyển cố định, là nhiệt độ mà ở đó thành phần hơi nước trong khối không khí ngưng đọng thành nước lỏng. Nói cách khác, điểm sương là nhiệt độ mà độ ẩm tương đối của khối không khí đạt đến 100%.

Khi điểm sương thấp hơn điểm đóng băng, thì nó gọi là điểm băng giá, thay vì tạo ra sương, nó sẽ tạo ra sương giá hay sương muối do sự ngưng đọng.

Điểm sương không phụ thuộc vào sự hiện diện của ôxy, nitơ hay các chất khí khác hơi nước trong không khí. Sự hình thành của sương có thể xảy ra ở điểm sương ngay cả khi khí duy nhất tồn tại trong hỗn hợp không khí là hơi nước.

Khi nhiệt độ cao hơn điểm sương thì áp suất thành phần của hơi nước tăng lên và nước có thể bay hơi vào không khí.

Điếm sương xác định độ ẩm tương đối. Khi độ ẩm tương đối cao, điểm sương gần với nhiệt độ hiện tại của không khí. Nếu độ ẩm tương đối là 100%, điểm sương sẽ bằng hoặc cao hơn nhiệt độ không khí lúc đó. Nếu độ ẩm tương đối giảm điểm sương sẽ thấp hơn đối với cùng một nhiệt độ của khối không khí.

Nhiều người có cảm thấy khó chịu với điểm sương cao. Những người đã quen với khí hậu lục địa thông thường bắt đầu cảm thấy khó chịu khi điểm sương đạt tới khoảng 15° - 20°C. Phần lớn những người sống trong khu vực này sẽ cho rằng điểm sương trên 21 °C là rất ngột ngạt.

2. TẠI SAO PHẢI ĐO NHIỆT ĐỘ ĐIỂM SƯƠNG ?

Có nhiều lý do để theo dõi nhiệt độ điểm sương.  Hệ thống khí nén, nếu điểm sương quá cao sẽ có thể ngưng tụ, do đó làm cho van bị tắc nghẽn hoặc bị ăn mòn, thêm vào đó hệ thống khi nén khô đòi hỏi ít bảo trì giúp tiết kiệm chi phí.

Hơn nữa, có các quá trình nhạy cảm như: sấy phun, phun sơn,… các khí nén yêu cầu đặc biệt cao về điểm sương của hệ thống. Hệ thống khí nén được phân loại theo ISO 8573. Tùy thuộc vào hệ thống sẽ theo dõi nhiệt độ điểm sương và áp suất khác nhau.

VA 570 - Flow meter with integrated measuring section

• Flow meter VA 570 is supplied with an integrated measuring section for compressed air and gas pipes. The measuring sections are available in flanged version or with R resp. NPT thread.
• A special feature is the removable measuring head. So the measuring unit can be removed easily and quickly for calibration or cleaning purposes without having to dismount the measuring section intricately. During this period the measuring section is sealed by a closing cap (accessory).
• The screwing with centring device ensures that the sensor is positioned accurately in the centre when screwing it into the measuring section furthermore it grants an exact positioning in the flow direction. This avoids unnecessary measuring faults. 

Robust design for demanding industrial applications

The new flow meters VA 550/ 570 work according to the calorimetric measuring principle. Therefore an additional temperature and pressure compensation is not necessary.

Due to its robust design, the aluminum die cast housing, the robust sensor tip made from stainless steel 1,4571, the new VA 550/ 570 are suitable for demanding industrial applications. An ATEX version is available for applications in explosive areas. For flow measurement e. g. of natural gas there is a version with a DVWG admission.

Contrary to the previously used bridge circuit the newly developed evaluation electronics records all measured values digitally. This allows very precise and fast measurements with a wide temperature range of up to 180 °C (resp. 350 °C). The measuring span is 1...1000 and enables therefore measurements in very low as well as in very high flow speeds of up to 224 m/s.

Simple operation and flexible interface

VA 550/ 570 has an integrated Modbus output as a standard with which all parameters like Nm³/h, Nm³, Nm/s, Nl/min, Nl/s, kg/h, kg/min, ft/min, °C etc. can be transferred. All parameters can be adjusted directly at the instrument (via display) or via the PI 500 hand-held measuring instrument resp. the Service Software. Of course there are also 2 x 4...20 mA analogue outputs available for flow and temperature and a galvanically isolated pulse output for the total consumption.

A remote diagnosis can be carried out via Modbus and all relevant parameters can be checked and changed if necessary. So it is possible to change e. g. the gas type, the inner diameter, the scaling and so on or the zero point resp. the leak flow volume suppression in case of changed process conditions.

Via remote diagnosis and status update e. g. temperature exceeding, failures of the flow sensor or the calibration date can be determined.

1. Nguyên lý đo lưu lượng khí dạng Thermal mass

• Trong mỗi đồng hồ đo lưu lượng Thermal mass có hai đầu dò nhiệt độ được cắm sâu vào trong đường ống, thường là các đầu dò nhiệt điện trở PT100. Một trong 2 đầu dò được sử dụng để đo nhiệt độ thực tế trong lòng ống mà không quan tâm đến lưu tốc của khí cần đo, đầu dò còn lại được nung nóng liên tục bằng điện năng nhằm duy trì 1 nhiệt độ không đổi so với đầu kia.

• Khi chưa có lưu lượng chảy qua, độ chênh lẹch nhiệt độ giữa 2 đầu dò là không đổi. Khi có lưu lượng, phần nhiệt năng của đầu dò được gia nhiệt sẽ bị cuốn theo dòng chảy dẫn đến giảm nhiệt độ trên que đo. Hiệu ứng làm mát này sẽ được đo, và bù ngay lập tức bằng cách tăng dòng điện gia nhiệt.

• Kết quả là độ chênh lệch nhiệt độ giữa 2 đầu dò luôn luôn không đổi , dòng điện gia nhiệt tỉ lệ thuận với hiệu ứng làm mát nên cho mát đo được trực tiếp lưu lượng khối lượng chảy trong lòng ống. Khi lưu tốc càng lớn thì hiệu ứng làm mát càng tăng dẫn đến dòng điện gia nhiệt càng lớn. 

• Đồng hồ Thermal mass có thể cắm thẳng trực tiếp vào đường ống qua các chuẩn kết nối cụ thể , phù hợp để lắp vào các đường ống vuông hoặc hình chữ nhật.

Pressure monitoring in compressed air and gas systems helps to significantly reduce energy consumption. Only a few types of machines actually require compressed air with more than 6 bar overpressure. A reduction in the nominal pressure reduces both the power consumption and the leakage losses and increases the service life of the compressor. Electricity savings in the range of 6 - 8% can be achieved by a reduction of the nominal pressure by only 1 bar.

The smaller the pressure drop across the filter, the less high the nominal pressure must be set. If the pressure drop across the filters is greater than 0.3 bar, the filters should be replaced. Our proven differential pressure sensors and pressure gauges are ideal to monitor those figures continuously.

The newly developed VA 525 combines modern digital interfaces for connection to an energy monitoring system with a small, compact design. Due to its reasonable price and modern digital interfaces this compact in-line flow sensor is used when many machines (compressed air consumers) are to be integrated as easily as possible into an energy monitoring network.

The high-contrast, integrated display also displays the current values rotated by 180° if desired (very useful for overhead installation). Depending on the configuration, two of the following values can be displayed:

• Current consumption in m³/h, l / min, ...
• Total consumption (meter reading) in m³, l, kg
• Temperature measurement
• Optional: Pressure measurement
