Ứng dụng

Đồng hồ đo lưu lượng được thiết kế để đo vận tốc chất lỏng trong một đường ống đầy hoặc kín. Đây là một hệ thống đo lường dễ cài đặt và sử dụng.
 

Tek-Clamp 1200A, Tek-Clamp 2100A-100H, Tek-Clamp 1200A-100EXP hoạt động dựa trên sự khác biệt trong Thời gian vận chuyển của nó được đo và xác định vận tốc dòng chảy bằng cách đo thời gian di chuyển của một xung từ đầu dò này sang đầu dò tiếp theo. Dòng chảy theo cùng một hướng mất ít thời gian hơn để đi đến đầu dò thứ hai so với dòng chảy theo hướng ngược lại tiếp đó bộ chuyển đổi âm thanh nhận và phát ra các xung siêu âm ngắn qua chất lỏng của đường ống. Các đầu dò được đặt thẳng đứng ở cả hai phía của ống đo. Cảm biến được đặt trên đường ống và được gắn chặt bằng kẹp. Màn hình sẽ nhanh chóng hiển thị vận tốc dòng chảy. Tek-Clamp 1200A có thể được sử dụng cho ống kim loại, nhựa và cao su.

Đồng hồ đo lưu lượng TEK-THERMAL 1700B, còn được gọi là thiết bị đo lưu lượng khối phân tán nhiệt hoặc ngâm, là thiết bị được sử dụng để đo lưu lượng khối lượng của chất lỏng chảy đường ống hoặc ống dẫn. Tek-Thermal 1700B được thiết kế đặc biệt cho các ứng dụng không khí và N2 (nitơ) và đo lưu lượng khối khí dựa trên phương pháp khuếch tán nhiệt. Nó có thiết kế nhỏ gọn hơn và một đầu dò ống chèn mỏng. Nó có thể được sử dụng trên một đường ống từ 1 "đến 20" và  được sử dụng trong các ứng dụng áp suất cao.

Tek-Flux 1400A Electromagnetic flowmeter, also called Magmeters, it is a contact instrument used for measuring the volumetric flowrates of any fluid which can adequately conduct electricity in closed pipelines. These instruments are highly accurate, reliable, and stable devices that are used in various high-pressure industrial processes. Tek-Flux 1400A flowmeter operates on the basis of Faraday’s Law of Induction. According to this principle, any change in the magnetic flux, linked to an electric circuit, causes an electromotive force (or voltage) to be induced in this circuit. The induced voltage is therefore directly proportional to the rate of change of magnetic flux with time. It can measure highly corrosive mediums such as concentrated acid and concentrated alkaline using PTFE lining material. By using Titanium electrodes, we can measure seawater, various chloride, and hypo-chloride fluids
